All shipped MuralShield orders include an additional $30 HazMat fee. Customer must be available to sign for the product. Product ships quickly, so tracking the product during a period when the customer will be available to receive it is very important to avoid further delays or returns. Our shippers will make three attempts before returning the product back to our warehouse.

If a shipment is refused, whether it is because the customer was unable to be present during the delivery, or because the customer refused to accept the package, a 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returned packages and all shipping and hazardous materials fees will not be refunded. The fee will be deducted from the refund amount or charged separately for customers who request that the products be reshipped. Additional charges will apply for reshipped orders.
