You may have noticed shipping rates changing more frequently. Recent fuel price increases have significantly impacted freight costs. If you'd like more information about current shipping rates, please don't hesitate to reach out to our team.

Before You Order

Please verify the exact quantity needed for your project with our quantity calculator before placing an order. Samples are available upon request so you can test the product before committing to a large order. Our MuralShield™ team is happy to help you determine the right quantity and answer any questions, just email or call us.

Refund Policy

Shipped Orders

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any shipped product orders.

Local Pickup Orders (Exchange Only)

For customers who pick up orders in person, we will consider a product exchange within 15 days of purchase, provided:

• The product is brought in person to our Los Angeles warehouse. Shipped returns are not accepted.
• The product is unopened and undamaged.

Approved exchanges may be applied as credit toward a future order, or refunded minus a 15% processing fee. We do not offer full refunds on local pickup orders.

Refused Shipments

If a shipment is refused and returned to our warehouse:

• A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns and exchanges, either deducted from the refund or billed separately.
• Shipping charges and hazmat fees are non-refundable.

Shipping Policy

Hazmat Handling Fee

Because MuralShield™ ships as a hazardous material, all shipments include a hazmat handling fee (see schedule below). Orders ship via FedEx and require a signature at delivery.

International Shipping

Available for bulk orders of 10+ units. Contact us at 310-822-9560 x110 for a quote.

Local Pickup

Available from our Los Angeles warehouse. No hazmat fee applies to pickup orders. If a hazmat fee is charged at checkout, it will be refunded once your order is processed.
