Before ordering please verify the quantity needed for your project. Samples are available upon request for testing before placing a large order. Refund Policy

We do not accept returns and/or exchanges for all shipped product orders. 

For local customers who pick up orders, only a product exchange will be considered within 15 days of purchase under the following circumstances:

• Customers must be able to physically bring the products back to our warehouse located in Los Angeles. Shipped items will not be accepted. 
• Products must be unopened and undamaged. 
• The balance of the product exchange can be applied to future orders, or refunded to the customer, minus a 15% refund processing fee. 
• We will not accept returns for full refunds.

Returning Shipped Products Before Accepting Shipment: Restocking fees & Shipping fees

If a customer refuses the shipment and the product is returned to our warehouse:

• A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returns and exchanges. The fee will either be deducted from the refund amount or charged separately. 
• All shipping and hazardous materials fees will not be included in refund amount. 

Shipping Policy

Shipping MuralShield™ includes an additional Hazmat handling fee. Packages will be delivered via Fedex and a signature is required at delivery.

International shipping is available for bulk orders of 10+ units. Please contact us at 310/822-9560 x110 for International Shipping quotes or questions. 

Local pickup is available from our warehouse in Los Angeles and requires a custom order via email or phone. No hazmat handling fee is required for pickup orders.
